What do you love about your job?
After working in High Tech for many years I now can work my passion, and make a good living. I really do make a difference in someones life which allows me to give back to the community while making money. Many of my clients tell me their stories and I become the nonjudgmental listener. I am also cheaper than therapy and pills!
What or who inspired you to start your own business?
I used to be in High Tech as a reseller of training materials. I always said that if I wasn't selling training, I would be selling contractors because I can get their next job while they are doing something else. This business is a bit different because I get paid to do the job as well as find jobs for others. Everyone needs what I do, and learning to be a senior manager can help millions of downsizers.
